Casa Nino is located in five minute walking distance from the village Scopello. It is very peaceful and quiet here and your have a splendid view over the sea, the coast and the protected landscape Zingaro. A path leads from the house straight down to the old Tonnara where you can bath in crystal clear water surrounded by the beautiful Faraglioni rocks.

All apartments habe a private entrance and a private terrace with a grill. The are furnished in county house style and include a fully equipped kitchen. Of course we have parking spaces for your car next to the apartments.

The Apartment Tonnara is very tastefully furnished with antiques and is convenient for 2-4 persons. Enjoy the splendid view onto the sea out of the living room, the large bedroom and the terrace. The 25 sqm large living room, the open kitchen and a toilet are located on the ground floor. On the second floor you find the two bedrooms – the smaller one with a bunk bed – and the bathroom. This apartment is perfect for longer stays or if you plan to spend more time "at home".

The Apartment Palma with app. 60 sqm is attainable over an external staircase, homely furnished and has a large and panoramic terrace with access from the living room. It is suitable for 4 persons due to the set up of the rooms and plenty of storace space. The two bedrooms have nearly the same size and are not side by side. In one of them you can seperate the beds if you like. The living and dining room includes an open kitchen and is equipped with a wood stove.

Our house Isola is located 25m beneath the other apartments. If you are looking for a place where you can forget about the rest of the world and if you want to enjoy sun and nature to the full we offer you this this hidden location for 2-4 persons. In addition to the 50 sqm inside with two seperated bedrooms (in one the beds are separable) an a living room with kitchenette you have all opportunities to spend your holiday outside on our biggest  and partly shades terrace with an extaordinary panoramic view. There you find a brickmade grill as well as an open air shower. At night a freshing breeze is coming up from the sea.

The single room apartment Isoletta is the ideel place for a couple in summer. Outside from the terrasse you have a panoranic view on the Golf of Castellammare, and a barbecue. It is located next to the house Isola.

The apartment is modernly funrnished and has a nice bathroom and a kitchenangle.

Very quiet, situated 600m from the beautiful beach of Guida Loca near Scopello the apartment Fanny is the ideal hiding place for a couple. The cosy sleeping room has a small balcony that opens into the olive garden, the kitchen is equiped, there is a washing mashine and a TV. A second balcony has sea view and there is also a sun terrasse with loungers and a parking place.

Annas Villa, surrounded by a mediterranean garden, a large veranda and a sunny terrasse with shower is a quiet place to relax. It is also near to the beautiful beach of Guidaloca and a good starting point for excursions in western Sicily. The house is divided into the apartments  Melograno and Anna. Short stay of 4 nights is possible.

The nice apartment Melograno has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen with covered veranda and a bathroom. Next to the veranda there is the sunny terrasse with shower.

There is place for up to 6 persons in the large apartment Anna, which has 2 bedrooms, the bigger one is furnished with a double bed and stock beds, the other with a double bed. From the large kitchen you step out on the covered veranda with beautiful sea view.
